We want you to be completely satisfied with your By Hand London purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all physical sewing patterns and fabric. Please note that due to their nature, digital PDF patterns are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging and unused condition; please include your original packing slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Send your return via a tracked postal service to our London studio address; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
