Quite possibly the most ludicrously comfortable pair of dungarees you will ever wear! The Leo dungarees features a deep crotch and gloriously loose legs that are elasticated at the ankles and gently pleated at the waist, a simple bib front and back construction and adjustable shoulder ties. A satisfyingly quick sew, a joy to wear and plenty of scope for hacking and customisation. Win, win, WIN!

Natural fibres and floaty, drapey weaves are the key to your comfiest pair of Leos! We love viscose challis, viscose twill, viscose/cotton linen blends, soft/enzyme washed linen, double gauze, chambray and flannel.
For our featured samples, we usedĀ a black &Ā floral viscose challis and a blush pink viscose linen blend from Rainbow Fabrics, and a blackĀ stripeĀ linen from Goldhawk Road; all from my personal stash.Ā These photos were taken during the 3rd UK lockdown in February 2021. The models are my sister Leonia and brother Giacomo. They did their own makeup, I snapped the photos on my phone and it was all a very makeshift, socially distant affair!Ā

Leo's sizing is a little different to most of our other patterns in that there is no shaping at the bust, meaning that we were able to grade the pattern straight from a UK 6-34 without the need for two different size bands!
